2023
I started at California Health Sciences University College of Osteopathic Medicine, class of 2027. I joined student government’s research committee and began a study of workplace exercise and anxiety.
2024 – 2025
I taught again, as a teaching assistant in the clinical skills and osteopathic manipulative medicine labs. In 2025 I started mapping Valley Fever in Fresno-area dust, with grants from the Valley Fever Americas Foundation and CHSU.

2026
Alongside medical school, I build software for medicine: BahaaldinEMR, an electronic medical record in development; Lantern by BahaaldinEMR; BahaaldinAuth; and Phenova, which is patent pending.
2026
I presented the dust work at CHSU Research Day in May, a case of disseminated Valley Fever at the Coccidioidomycosis Study Group symposium at UC Davis in August, with a Trainee Registration Award. In September a clinical vignette of mine was selected as a finalist at the American College of Physicians Southern California meeting.
